Film and music are two art and creative media forms that inspire me deeply on my photography. I am a cinema lover, from indie movies to Hollywood blockbusters and
I watch them all. There is something so much attractive for me on the 16:9 bars and film colors that I love to spend time watching them. I try to replicate the aesthetic from the films on my photography.
For instance, the movie 1917 from Sam Mandes pushes on its viewer a sense of immersion that catches anyone’s attention. The composition of the images rolled as if they all belonged to a one-shot piece of action together with the intimacy of the majority of close-up shots inspires me to tell my stories through photography the same way.

Music is also a great source of inspiration for me. Being a musician myself since I was 13 years old, through the lyrics I was listening or the musical sounds and harmonies I always tried to deep immerse myself on a parallel world and force my creativity and thoughts to help me live in it. Music has this power through beauty and a creative use of words to generate in their listeners this imagination. It is a mean of taking listeners by their hands and bringing them somewhere else. I always admired that I believe my photography had to awake the same types of feelings and emotions and imagination. I want my viewers to be transported to this unknown world to them.
Photography has so many unique qualities. It has the ability to capture specials. moments of beauty, emotion, or significance that might otherwise go unnoticed. It freezes these moments, allowing viewers to revisit and reflect upon them. This quality can be particularly appealing to anyone who seek to capture and share profound experiences or evoke emotional responses in their audience. I believe I am a storyteller, so for me this quality is essential for the decision of having photography as one of my life pillars.
